With a background in HR and transformational coaching, Caroline ensures that our community has everything it needs to thrive. She believes that when people feel seen, supported and empowered, real change happens.

Director of Belonging and Action
Faye is passionate about helping others step into their full potential. As a business leader and mentor, she helps shape CoMotion’s approach to coaching, mentoring and community building, ensuring that everyone feels heard and valued.

Honey’s role is to remind us all to take a breath, step outside and embrace moments of calm. Always ready for a walk in nature, she keeps our team grounded—one wag at a time.

A Community for Change
We created CoMotion because we’ve seen first hand the power of community to support, uplift and transform lives.
At some point, we all face big transitions, setbacks or moments of uncertainty. Times when we feel lost, disconnected or unsure of what’s next. But with the right support, these moments can become opportunities for growth, clarity and new beginnings.
Real transformation is messy, emotional and deeply personal. That’s why having the right support at the right time isn’t just helpful, it’s essential.
Our vision is a world where every person has the knowledge to understand themselves and live authentically, supported by a strong community, no matter their background or circumstances.
Using Change to Create Change
CoMotion is a community interest company and registered with Social Enterprise UK, which means we are built for impact, not for profit. We don't have shareholders and our founders do not take dividends, instead, we reinvest any profits back into our mission, ensuring that our work continues to support those within our community who need it most.
We are also committed to making support accessible for underrepresented groups. Financial barriers should never stand in the way of personal growth. Through our extended support programme, we provide free or subsidised access to those who need it.
